Support Groups & Workshops

I periodically offer therapeutic support groups for pregnancy and postpartum. Group topics and format vary based on target audience and group member needs. While I do offer general postpartum support groups, I’m also proud to offer additional groups specifically for queer parents, Black parents, and parents of color.

Similarly, I offer periodic workshops for parents-to-be and those in their community. Workshops for parents-to-be are geared towards preserving the relationship after the introduction of a new baby. Workshops for community members focus on how to best support postpartum families in your life.
